By using Rudra’s digital marketing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We provide services such as SEO, PPC, and social media management, as detailed in our service agreement. Payments are due as outlined in the agreement, and late payments may incur additional charges. We value your confidentiality and will not disclose your information without consent, except as required by law. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, and all outstanding payments must be settled within 14 days. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and intellectual property rights will transfer to the client upon full payment. We may amend these Terms and Conditions and will notify you of any changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, with disputes resolved in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
